The incident reportedly took place between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19. Officers were dispatched to take the official report on the morning of Wednesday, September 23. The investigation is currently listed as pending, which CUPD defines as “Complaint is still under active investigation.” The case comes on the heels of the still unresolved “Cornell 7” 2024 Chi Phi rape case.
